SMS stands for short message service, a convenient way to send brief text messages directly to a friend's, proffesstionals and colleagues wireless telephones. A SMS message has a maximum length of 160 characters, or about 20 words. SMS is a convenient way to keep in touch with friends and family!

• How do I enter a mobile phone number in the "TO" field?
Enter the country code, area code and the mobile phone number without the leading zero. For example 919846123500
• Is there a limit to how many numbers I can send at one time?
You can send messages to unlimited number of comma separated destination addresses at a time.

• What is an SMS Template?
You can save your typing time by creating the predefined messages in form of Templates. You can add or create a template by our easy to use "Add Template" feature in your My Account area.
• How do I manage my contacts/phonebook?
You can manage your contacts through your "My Account" area by adding contacts one by one or by uploading your contacts File.
• How do I view my sent messages?
Log in to your "My Account" area. Click on "History". The exact message sent to a particular mobile number is displayed there.
• What all location can smsology.com deliver the SMS?
We deliver the Messages to most of the service provider in India.
• Do you charge any monthly charges or start up fees?
No. There is a start up fee of Rs.1500/- and you only pay for message credits.
• Is there a minimum monthly purchase required?
There are no minimum monthly charges. Simply purchase credits when you need more.
• How long does message delivery take?
The average delivery time through our service is under 5 seconds!
• What is the maximum length of an SMS message?
Standard SMS messages may be up to 160 characters long, however by activating the 'long SMS' feature of Kapow! it's possible to send concatenated SMS messages of up to 1377 characters in length.
• Do you add any text to my messages?
In normal case we do NOT add any text to your messages. You can also send messages with ads at low cost
• How many mobile phone numbers can I send to in one 'batch' broadcast?
You can send as many messages as you like; as long as you have enough credits available. However, we suggest breaking huge batches in to blocks of 150,000 messages or less (as this helps to avoid the risk of HTTP Server timeouts).
• Will the numbers I send to be used by smsology.com or any third-parties?
All the numbers and messages that you send are treated in the strictest confidence. We will never use them or share the information with other companies.
• Do I get notified when my credits are low?
Yes. The credits remained and expiry date are shown on the to p of every pages in your account. You can change this to a higher or lower number if you wish.
• Am I able to trial the service before I buy some credits?
Yes. We can offer you a completely FREE demo so that you can see just how good our service is. Simply register online or contact us and we will set up an account for you with 3 credits.
• What is a sender-id?
The sender-id is the originating number (or alpha string) that appears on the recipients phone. It can be either a full phone number, or an alpha string of up to 11 characters. For example, it could be your mobile/office number, your company name or website address. You can change the sender-id for your account by ordering online. There is a charge for this service. By default it is set to 'smsology'.
• Do you offer technical Support?
Technical support is available from support@smsology.com, during extended office hours. We have technical staff available 24 Hours a day should you notice a problem with our service.
• How will I know which of my customers received the message and that I'm sending it to valid mobile numbers?
It's important to regularly maintain your contact list to both ensure that you aren't wasting time and money by sending messages to invalid numbers and that the customer is happy to receive your offers and promotions. We provide you with reports that detail which numbers received the message. See the delivery report in the view history page.
